1. Executive Secretary

The succesfull candidate will report directly to the Director and on day to day operation will assist the Resident Manager.

The candidates should have:

- Minimum 1 year experience as Executive Secretary
- Excellent Oral and Written English
- Computer Literacy for Office and Internet applications under Windows environmennt
- Minimum Diploma Degree from Computer, English, or any other Social Discipline

- Pleasant personality, organized and attention to details.

- Ability to work independently and good team work.

- Mandarin or Hokkian to be considered as an advantage point.


2. Vin Grande Waitresses

The successful candidate will be posted at our Vin Grande Wine Shop: The candidates should possess:

- Fluent English, Mandarin or Hokkian will be an advantage
- 1 year experience as waitress
- Good looking and pleasant outgoing personality

- Minimum Diploma from Hotel School institution

- Able to operate computer under Windows environment
