1. DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Young, energetic, creative, innovative, good personality.
- Good communication skill, excellent in English both spoken and written
- Have a strong sense of Sales and Marketing for F&B.
- Excellent management skill and team player.
- English proficiency both spoken and written.
- Have a great analytical thinking, leadership, presentation skill and excellent interpersonal skill.
- Know market segmentation in area of Jakarta.
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar amount of experience with a Director of F&B.
- Plans and implements F&B marketing and product development programs & FB services, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
2. PASTRY CHEF
- 10 years working experience in Pastry
- Preferably having experience as Assistant Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef
- Good in Food Costing
- Good English Communication
