The Park Lane Jakarta need Director F&B and Pastry Chef




1. DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE
  • Young, energetic, creative, innovative, good personality.
  • Good communication skill, excellent in English both spoken and written
  • Have a strong sense of Sales and Marketing for F&B.
  • Excellent management skill and team player.
  • English proficiency both spoken and written.
  • Have a great analytical thinking, leadership, presentation skill and excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Know market segmentation in area of Jakarta.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar amount of experience with a Director of F&B.
  • Plans and implements F&B marketing and product development programs & FB services, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

2. PASTRY CHEF
  • 10 years working experience in Pastry
  • Preferably having experience as Assistant Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef
  • Good in Food Costing
  • Good English Communication
  • Strong Leadership Young, energetic, creative, innovative, good personality.
  • Good communication skill, excellent in English both spoken and written
  • Excellent management skill and team player.
  • English proficiency both spoken and written.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar amount of experience with a Director of F&B.
